Tune files are done within 24 hours after purchase
What is the difference between a single tune or switchable?
A single tune is just 1 horsepower level ex: 80hp.
Switchable tuning is where you have multiple tunes and you use a switch to change through the different tunes Ex. 30hp, 80hp, 120hp, 150hp, 200hp
What is the difference in limited support compared to full support?
- Full Support Pack: If you purchased a Full Support Pack, you will have permanent support and linkage to our EZ Lynk's cloud based technician profiles for Stock Configurations which includes but not limited to the Switch on The Fly "SOTF" Tuning for the 2011 - 2019 6.7L Powerstroke F250 F350 F450 & F550.
- Switch on The Fly "SOTF" Limited Support Pack: These profiles are a 4-week limited support. This gives you 4 weeks to decide on a SOTF technician profile for Stock Configurations. After 4 weeks your EZ Lynk Auto Agent Device will be locked into that tune. This can be upgraded later down the road.
- Limited Support Pack: Gives you access to all our EZ Lynk's cloud based single tune technician profiles for Stock Configurations. These profiles are 4-week limited support. This gives you 4 weeks to decide on a single tune technician profile, after the 4 weeks your EZ Lynk Auto Agent Device will be locked into the tune that was last selected. Once again this can be upgraded later down the road to a Full Support Pack.
